Return Policy for Digital Downloads

Because our products are digitally delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, the traditional 30-day return window does not apply. By purchasing and downloading our products, you acknowledge that you waive any right to request a return or refund.

Damages and Issues

If you experience difficulties accessing your digital item, receive the wrong file, or believe your download is corrupted, please contact us immediately. We will work to correct the issue, verify download access, or re-deliver the correct file.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

All downloadable digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes—without limitation—software, digital files, e-books, templates, and any product delivered electronically.

We do not accept returns for digital items under any circumstances, including:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with your device or software (please verify system requirements before purchasing)

  • Download or storage issues on the customer’s device

Exchanges

Exchanges are not applicable to digital products. However, if you received the wrong file, we will correct the error at no additional cost.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately when the consumer has agreed to instant access and waived the right to withdrawal.

By purchasing our digital products, you consent to immediate download delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancellation and refund under EU law.
